Tonight,  Bella and I enjoyed our own version of parrillada.
I made it a bit more interesting by adding corn, pickled mushrooms and kimchi,
as well as peanut sauce, chimichurri, horseradish and rye bread.
Great ending to a lazy, well fed weekend.
